Casa Achillea
Just a few km from the historic village of Piegaro where you can find all the primary services, this stone house with nice size garden in a hilly position. The house was restored in the year 2000 when the utilities, the roof and an extension at the back.
The house is divided into two floors with:
- a living room, laundry, bathroom and little kitchenette on the ground floor - on this floor, the characteristic wooden beams still remain, giving the rooms a nice rustic feel.
- On the first floor, however the beams were removed during the restoration, but could be re-inserted, should one want to give the house a bit more character. On this floor there are three bedrooms, one ensuite and there is a second bathroom (which needs to be rennovated).
The garden is quite large, 2000 sqm approximately, there are annexes and a cellar as well as a wood oven, though these too need to be restored.
The heating is LPG gas, there is a well and mains water.
