On Monday the 4th of May we are back in our office in Piazza Umberto.
Following the provisions issued regarding this somewhat unhappy moment that we are experiencing, with respect towards our customers, we will only be able to receive you by appointment and only one customer at a time to ensure the necessary distances. House viewings will be temporarily limited to only the uninhabited properties and starting from the 18th of May. Smart working has allowed us to continue replying to your emails, and we have also taken advantage of the time to follow a series of online professional training seminars for a constant update of our activity so that we may restart better than before.
Thinking about how I have lived these past two months with a sense of loss and dismay, and now, full of perplexities but more open to what my priorities in life are, I feel I am launching myself to ideas that I had not considered before.
This is why today my philosophy of work has had to change - I need to do things better. Less quantity and more quality. I know it can be done. I deserve it, so do my clients and... so do my beloved houses.... After all, in these two months, if it weren't for our homes, where would we be?
