A panelled door from the hallway leads into the second beautiful living room with a high vaulted beamed ceiling and the original large fireplace. Via a brick-arched doorway , lies a further large fully-fitted dining kitchen. Double glass doors from the lounge lead into the pretty beamed outside loggia which is perfect for a sunny breakfast with a view of Panicale. The original old wood burning oven is known to make the perfect pizza! The external stairs lead down to the garden.
