Absolute peace and silence...and yet this house is in a closed residence. When I first saw this house it immediately reminded me of Little Red Riding hood or Goldylocks...like in a fairy tale the detached is surrounded by an enchanting wood, but unlike the stories, here you are safe and sound as the complex is completely enclosed and there is a full time caretaker, tennis courts and a pool!
It is an ideal holiday home, and even a full time home: the stone house has a panoramic terrace where you can dine in the evening or sunbathe during the day and surrounded by a lovely garden. You can reach the house through the main entrance parking in a car park not too far from the house or, and this is a luxury that not many houses of the complex has, you can drive right up to the house on a secondary privated gated road.
The house is on two floors:
- the ground floor consists of a large living room with fireplace and very high ceilings, a little kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a little store room;
- on the first mezzanine floor there is a large room and a small bathroom.
The complex includes a caretaker, a beautiful new swimming pool and tennis courts, the costs for the maintenance of the common areas (park, swimming pool, tennis court) for the caretaker and the lifeguard are approximately 120 euros per month.
The owners of the residence are a balanced community of Italians and other nationalities, of people who live there all year round and others who only come on holiday.
The property needs renovation works.
