Casa La Pace
This little stone house is situated right in the heart of the historic center of Gualdo Cattaneo, beautiful hilltop village in the centre of the Green heart of Italy. The town, best known for its medieval fortress dates back to the 1400s, and is now a buzzing village with all basic amenities and services.
The house is at the edge of the village with a little garden where you can sit in the evening and gaze out over the valley below. The house can be lived in as is or it could be transformed and enlargened to include the ground floor. At the moment the property is so divided:
- on the ground floor (45 sqm) there are the cellars and three rooms with a pizza oven.
- on the first floor there is a living area/kitchen with fireplace, a double bedroom, a smaller bedroom with a lovely view view and a bathroom.
