Casa della Musica
This charming house is about 8 km from the lakeside town of Castiglione del Lago and just two km from the small village of Sanfatucchio where all the primary services are located (therefore reachable on foot!). The house has a double driveway, very useful given the presence of the two residential units.
The house is surrounded by a beautiful olive grove of about 130 well-kept olive trees (which in certain years produce up to 3 q of oil).
- On the ground floor there is a storage room, a garage, a music studio and a nice apartment with independent entrance consisting of a lounge, kitchen, bathroom and two double bedrooms (one with a French window onto the garden).
- On the first floor, which is accessed by an external staircase and a beautiful large panoramic terrace, we find a modern and functional kitchen, a living room with lovely big windows overlooking the countryside and lake, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which with bathtub and shower and a balcony!)
The house was completely renovated about ten years ago, using high quality materials. The windows, all equipped with mosquito nets, are made of wood while the shutters are made of PVC. Around the house we find a large paved area.
In addition to mains water, there is also a well, useful for irrigating the garden.
